What we get asked before someone sends an offering.
How much does it cost?
Nothing. We do not charge for receiving or evaluating your offering, we take no commission on any transaction and we ask for no exclusivity. You can offer your property here and with whoever you want at the same time.
Who can offer a property?
The owner, their legal proxy, or the project's developer. A real estate broker can do it when they hold the owner's written mandate, and it is recorded that way. We always prefer the direct source, because it is the one that can answer for the data.
What happens with my data and my property's data?
It is not published. The Invest Nuevo León team uses it to evaluate the offering and contact you with the result, and the Privacy Notice describes the cases in which it may be shared with investment-promotion bodies to attend your request.
What kind of property do you receive?
Industrial-vocation land, existing buildings for sale or lease, buildings under construction, and build-to-suit projects. We do not receive housing, retail or corporate office space; the focus is industrial and logistics space.
When will I hear back?
It depends on how complete the information is: if a key data point is missing, we ask for it before concluding. We do not promise a fixed timeframe; what we do promise is that every offering gets a response with its result.
Can I withdraw my offering?
Whenever you want. Write to us and we take it out of evaluation, same as when the property sells or leases.
